Hi, I’m so glad you’re here.

Here’s a little bit about me.

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. Finding a therapist you connect with is the most important part of therapy, so here’s a little bit about me to help you see if we’d be a good fit. First, I am a human with lived-experience. I understand how overwhelming it can be to revisit, talk about, and process difficult traumas, relationships, emotions, and feelings. I also know how incredibly life-changing it can be. My drive for building meaningful and real connections with my clients is largely motivated by my own failed attempts to find a therapist I connected with when I was growing up. I learned true healing happens in safe and secure environments, built on real connections, honesty, authenticity and laughter.

I was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah to a large blended family. Growing up surrounded by a variety of unique relationships, I always felt a deep sensitivity to the energies of those around me, and a desire to advocate and listen to those who felt unheard. Over the years I lost touch with my passion and stumbled into a career that wasn’t aligned with my inner calling. After working in a toxic and chaotic work environment, I finally reached a breaking point that inspired me to change careers. I was fortunate enough to land an opportunity to work with teens, young adults, and the LGBTQ+ community while completing my Master of Social Work at USC. From that moment, I knew I finally found my purpose and am so thrilled I get the opportunity to continue helping others feel seen, heard and heal.

Last and definitely not least, I am a dog-mother to a two-year-old, black and white bernedoodle named Stevie. Stevie is trained in Animal Assisted therapy and has a passion for brining empathy, snuggles and a listening ear to every session.
